Home Visits

Doctor's bagPatients whose illness prevents them from attending the surgery can be visited at home.

Please ring as soon as possible in the day, before 10.30am if possible so we can organise our workload, but please remember that your doctor can usually see at least three patients in the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit. Therefore, if it is possible, please attend the surgery.

The doctor or nurse may phone you to offer advice, or to determine whether a visit is appropriate.
